Ash’s experience has been acquired and honed over the course of a 25+ year career in development and construction working in senior roles for leading real estate consultancies (CBRE, Aecom, Ernst & Young) and a real estate developer.

From small to mid-size residential led schemes of 4 to 60 units to commercial developments of up to £1.5bn GDV, Ash has amassed experience on schemes out of town and city centre, new build and repurposing and spanning a mix of asset classes – residential (across the living sectors), offices, hotels and mixed use.  His experience has included working with leading developers, investors, funders, designers and professional consultants in the UK and Europe.   

Highly comfortable in collaborating, co-ordinating and working with the multitude of parties involved across the full spectrum of the development process, Ash is well versed in engaging with agents, lawyers, accountants, valuers, funders, investors, asset managers, planners, designers, professional consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Ash is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a first class honours degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management from the University of Reading.
